By using Magic Date, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Magic Date is a platform that allows users to create personalized, interactive date invitation pages. The service includes creating, editing, and publishing invitation links, as well as receiving responses.

3. Subscription and Payments

Creating and publishing invitation links requires a monthly subscription of $3.99/month. Payment is processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Magic Date dashboard or directly from your Stripe account. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Magic Date to:

• Create offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Send spam or mass unsolicited invitations
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to access other users' data

5. User Accounts

You need an account to create and manage invitations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magic Date is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

7. Intellectual Property

The content you create in your invitations is yours. The platform, design, and code of Magic Date are the property of Magic Date.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application or by email.
